Maven integrates with your organizations existing infrastructure to display and interact with all Windows systems and users. The main data grid displays all users and computers within your organization. Each data cell can be used to launch real-time queries into Active Directory, other databases, a computer via WMI or Registry. The results of these queries can then be used to launch even more queries or programs. Maven centralizes administrative, support tools and scripts making them available through easy to use context menus. All data can be sorted or filtered instantly. Maven demystifies the enterprise for all levels of support and greatly reduces incident-resolution time.

Maven allows analysts to define system queries that can be executed on demand. The result of a query is displayed in a data grid that can be filtered in a variety of ways to find a specific asset. It's time to make your enterprise data interactive: Custom context menus that can execute additional queries or launch other support tools can then be used to diagnose and fix the issue.
For example, a user's group membership is stored in Active Directory, while software and hardware inventory of a computer can be found in a database server such SMS or SCCM. Additional information regarding system configuration can be queried real-time from the computer via remote registry or Windows Management Instrumentation. In addition, various databases may contain other valuable configuration information that can be used to determine the required configuration. Support tools such as Event Viewer can be used to troubleshoot various issues or pin point the course of action. Other tools may be needed to help further diagnose the issue at hand. Custom scripts may need to be executed to fix common problems.
